Jika anda bekerja/tinggal di bangunan bertingkat, anda dah ada alat senaman kat depan mata. 10 minit naik turun tangga membakar kalori sama seperti 20minit berjogging. Jadi jika nak bakar kalori ekstra atau takde masa nak pergi bersenam, elok buat senaman naik turun tangga. Tiada lagi alasan takde masa pergi bersenam :)
